1. When using the hydraulic power steering pump, pay attention to choose the correct type of auxiliary oil, otherwise it will affect the working efficiency and service life of the power steering pump.

 

2. Regularly check the use of booster oil. The booster oil used must be kept clean. The regular replacement of booster oil requires the owner to have a filter device when self-priming booster oil.

 

3. If the vehicle is stopped for a long time, when it is restarted, it should not be full-loaded immediately. At least 10 minutes should be used for no-load operation until the booster oil and other fluids reach normal operating conditions.

 

4. When steering the vehicle, pay attention to observe whether the power steering system is operating normally, whether there is impact or noise, and whether there is any leakage in the oil circuit to detect and eliminate faults in time.
